A person above the age of eighteen (18) years is eligible to apply for citizenship. The main applicant can include the following family members or dependents in the application:

• Child of the applicant or spouse under the age of eighteen (18) years.
• Child of the applicant or the spouse between the age of eighteen to thirty (18 – 30) years. The child must be in full time attendance at a university and must be financially supported by the applicant.
• A physically or mentally challenged child of the applicant or the spouse of the age eighteen (18) years and above. The child must be fully supported by the applicant.

• Financially dependent sibling(s) of applicant or the spouse. The sibling(s) must be 30 years old or younger and must be unmarried or childless.
