Types of Programs Available for Dual Citizenship of Grenada

Real Estate option

Grenada offers citizenship to people who are willing to purchase an approved real estate property. The minimum investment amount is USD 220,000. This amount is same for single applicants and for applicants applying with families. Who can Apply for Citizenship of Grenada?

An application can be made by any individual above the age of eighteen (18) years. Certain family members are also permitted to apply as dependents. The list includes:

Husband or wife
Minor child.
A physically or mentally challenged child above the age of eighteen (18) years.
A child between the age of eighteen to thirty (18 – 30) years, only if the child attends an acknowledged university and is fully supported by the applicant.
Parent(s) / grandparent(s) of the applicant or the spouse, who are above the age of fifty-five (55) years.
