Specialist who can assist InZone clients in terms of the operations of company formation, bank accounts, company renewals, tax invoicing, etc.
Responsibilities
- Execute company formation and associated residency processes on behalf of InZone clients in a timely manner and according to clients’ requirements.
- Handle license renewals for existing InZone clients and update company renewal reminders on the portal.
- Prepare compliance check documents and send them to InZone compliance officer for review.
- Coordinate and manage daily correspondence from clients and relevant authorities.
- Meet with clients if and when required and providing them with information about various services’ process and cost.
- Issuing invoices to InZone clients and filing tax invoices in both hard and soft copies.
- Maintain up to date soft and hard copies for all relevant documents.
- Effectively manage the clients’ accounts and support with providing additional services based on potential revenue targets set by Line Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1+ years of extensive experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales planning skills.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
