General Power of Attorney

A power of attorney can be used by your spouse/child/friend to act on your behalf, during your lifetime, in case you are unavailable, travelling, hospitalised or incapacitated in any manner.

Home Country Will

If you have asset/s in your home country or in any other country outside the UAE, you must prepare a Home Country Will to safeguard your overseas asset(s).
